Beth Costello Erdy, with daughters Brittny and Brooke. Beth's daughters will lead the Olentangy Liberty Patriots into battle against the Bexley Lions, this Thursday, December 1, 2005. Be sure to welcome back Beth, along with husband, Todd, and daughter, Brynn, as they cheer Brittny and Brooke on during the game. Game time is 7:30 pm inside Gene Millard Gymnasium at Bexley High School.

Stop by and catch the game with Beth, Todd, their daughter, Brynn, and the rest of the crowd. Varsity game time scheduled for 7:30 pm in Gene Millard Gymnasium at BHS!

Boys Soccer State Champs!

Congrats to the Boys Varsity Soccer team on their State Championship victory over Bay Village Bay 2-1 (4-2 in shootout) at Columbus Crew Stadium Saturday November 12. Game ended in regualtion tied at 1 apiece. Way to go Soccer Lions!

December 10 Charity Newsies Day. Atchie Atcheson will be selling Columbus Dispatch's at the corner of Livingston and James to raise funds for this important and worthwhile cause. Be sure to purchase a paper from Atchie and help local needy families have a happy holiday season they wouldn't be able to enjoy otherwise!

Congrats and best wishes to BHS'79er Larry Heiser on his election as Bexley City Auditor. Many of us remember going to school with Larry. Larry upset the incumbent City Auditor, Gary Qualmann, by a margin of 61 to 39 percent. Way to go, Larry!

(I know this is for BHS'80 kids, but, hey, Eric Acton has been mentioned before on this site, so why not Larry? Also, Tom Potter served on Whitehall City Council for several years and did a great job. Just drive down Broad Street and Main Street in Whitehall to see for yourself what a great job Tom did in helping to transform that community. Way to go, Tom!)

Bexley Girls and Boys Soccer squads make State Final Four!

Both FC Girls and FC Boys are competing in the Final Four this week with their ultimate GOAAAAAAAAAL to capture the State Title.

Boys play Dayton Carroll Tuesday, November 8, at Dublin Coffman High School. The championship match is to be played Saturday, November 12 at Columbus Crew Stadium.

Girls play Hamilton Badin Wednesday, November 9, at Fairborn High School. The championship game will be contested Saturday, November 12, also at Crew Stadium in Columbus.

Go Girls and Boys soccer teams! Bring home both titles!

I am doing pretty well. I am going back up to Mayo for a check up on the 17th. My husband will be coming home for 5 weeks in a couple of weeks. He has been in Afghanistan. We are going to Puerto Vallerta, Mexico for 8 days at the beginning of December. I am really looking forward to that. The weather here has been chilly. About 30-50 degrees. I hope everyone else is doing well.
