Bucks-Spartans (What's in a Bexley name?)

Back in '98, I witnessed Michigan State upset the Buckeyes, who were highly-ranked and undefeated at the time. The Spartan offense was directed by Quarterback Bill Burke.

Now, I'm headed to the Buckeye-Spartan game this Saturday. The Bucks enter the contest highly-ranked and undefeated. The Spartan Quarterback is someone named Hoyer.

What's in a Bexley name? I hope the Bucks have better luck against Hoyer than they had nine years ago against Bill Burke!
