Tod and Cheri Hoffman Friedman family update

Rachel, Kara, and Ross Friedman

Got this update from Cheri:

"Rachel is graduating this year. She is off to Indiana University this fall. She is majoring in Criminology. She would make a great lawyer. You never know.

She just returned from March of The Living- a two week trip to Poland and Israel. In Poland, she marched the concentration camps and toured and then after a week, she went to Israel to celebrate the 60th and tour. This is her 5th trip to Israel. We travel there almost every other year. It was amazing. 10,000 kids from around the world marched from one concentration camp to another. It was really moving. Then the 10,000 went on to see Israel and march to the Western Wall to celebrate 60 years of being a state!! She is home now completing Bexley. Its "Senioritis" for these kids!!!

Ross is really busy with soccer. He is 16, a sophmore at Bexley and he plays with the Crew Academy team, traveling all over the country. He is on the regional Olympic Development Team and the National team is loooking at him. Tod travels everywhere with him.

Our youngest is Kara. She is 11, playing soccer and just tried field hockey. She loved it. Who knows whats ahead for her! She is really great friends with David Portman's daughter, Becky. Tod and I love receiving the updates on everyone."

Cheri

(Note: Bexley High School graduation is scheduled for Sunday, June 1. Hmmm. Sound familiar? What are the odds of parents and offspring graduating from the same school on the same calendar day, albeit 28 years apart? Go figure! Let's hope it doesn't rain and they have to move it inside to the gym! :-))
